I am 6' tall and 185 lbs. I prefer to wear a medium sized shirt so that it is not too big and loose. I really like the fabric as it is comfortable, breathes and does not wrinkle easily. If you have the slightest of athletic builds, these shirts look great as they are very form fitting. I have purchased multiple colors and even the long sleeved version and have been extremely happy with the quality, fit, look and overall value.
