Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Estimates are based on two factors: order processing time and time in transit. In Stock items will be shipped once the item is located, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. For most orders, this process begins once your online order has been submitted. Depending on the time you place your order, the order process might not start until the following business day. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. During peak periods you may experience longer than average order processing time.

Processing time

The typical processing time is 3-5 business days.  We do not process orders or ship on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays.

During this processing time, your online order is transmitted to our warehouse where the shipping label is printed (please keep in mind that this step is a part of the processing time, and may not necessarily mean that your item has been picked up by the courier just yet.)

From there, the order is customized (if applicable), safely packed, and prepared for shipment as soon as possible.

Once the order has been shipped out, it will then be marked as "fulfilled" and you will receive a tracking number that links to either DHL Global, EMS, or UPS. The home pages for tracking are listed.

How long do I have to wait for my order after I have ordered them?

Your order will be delivered within 7 - 15 business days. Your order will usually reach you faster, but may take the full 15 business days depending on the complexity of your prescription and the package you selected.

We can only estimate delivery times - we never guarantee processing or delivery times.  If you want a processing or delivery estimate for your order, place your order first, and send email to Customer Service.  We will email you an estimate within a day.  Remember, these are estimates only, not guarantees.  We value quality over speed on every order.

International Orders
For international orders, you the customer is responsible for any customs/duty or other fees that may be charged upon delivery.

Remarks:

Shipping speeds are based on carrier transit times and do not include the time it takes to handle and pack a shipment. All expected delivery dates are provided at the checkout page. However, due to payment type, and that company's approval procedures, there could be a delay in shipping your order if the billing information is inaccurate.

Please note all processing and shipping times may take longer during holidays.
